- Live performances are scheduled daily at 16:30 (Joged Bumbung) and 18:00 (Kecak Garuda Wisnu Kencana).
- Children under 100 cm in height can enter for free; ticketing is based on height, not age.
- All visitors must check in using the Peduli Lindungi app or present proof of vaccination or a negative PCR/Antigen test.
- Food and drinks from outside the park are not permitted.
- Re-entry is not allowed after exiting the park.
- The average visit duration is 2–3 hours, depending on participation in performances and activities.

- If you’re keen on the inside view, take the elevator tour in the early or late afternoon to avoid long waits and enjoy softer lighting.
- The grounds are vast and sunny, so wear comfortable shoes, carry a water bottle and hat, and consider taking the shuttle to save energy.
- Some lower-cost shops near the shuttle area overcharge for water, and staff can be unfriendly, so it’s better to buy outside instead.
