Property Overview:

This is a 4-bedroom cottage constructed in basic Kashmiri architecture in the heart of an apple orchard. We have taken care of all modern comforts, and the rooms have been designed in a manner to make the stay of our guests comfortable.

Each bedroom has a king-sized bed with an attached bathroom and private balcony. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and pleasing. The dining area is common and shared by the guests; dining is located on the first floor overlooking the apple trees.

Farm Fresh Produce:

Our guests can enjoy the organic fresh fruits from our farm:

• Apples
• Cherries
• Pears
• Strawberries
• Apricot

Organically grown vegetables and eggs are also available.

Guests can enjoy their lunch and dinner in the open orchard under candlelight.
