Pickup from the hotel is scheduled at 11:30 AM, and return pickup from Universal Studios Singapore is at 08:15 PM.
Transfers are available only for hotels located within Singapore’s Central Area, including Marina East, Marina South, Newton, Orchard, Outram, River Valley, Rochor, and the Central Business District (CBD).
The package includes entrance tickets to Universal Studios Singapore and two-way shared/private transfers as selected.
Please be ready at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before pickup time; drivers operate on fixed schedules and may not wait for late arrivals.
Large bags and bulky items are discouraged; limited locker facilities are available inside the park at an additional charge.
Park re-entry is not allowed once you exit Universal Studios Singapore.

Start with the most popular rides like Battlestar Galactica and Transformers right after entry - lines get long fast.
Plan buffer time for your return; the area around Sentosa can get busy in the evening, especially on weekends and holidays.
Keep an eye on the app for real-time show timings and parade routes - it helps you plan without missing anything.
Keep your return transfer timing in mind while planning your day; it’s easy to lose track once you’re hopping between rides and shows.
Private transfers are totally worth it if you want to stay back for the evening parade or grab dinner at Sentosa without rushing.
