- All transfers are subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.
- Transfers operate strictly within the confirmed time; delays caused by guests may incur additional charges and be paid directly to the driver in cash.

- Luggage limits per vehicle must be adhered to; excess luggage may be refused or charged extra.

- Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior by passengers may result in refusal of service, with charges still applicable.
- The booking may be cancelled, rescheduled, or modified due to unforeseen events such as traffic, weather, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, or force majeure.
- Any route changes, additional stops, or service modifications must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.
- The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by third-party factors such as traffic, airport congestion, or construction.
- The service provider is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the transfer.
- All transfers are governed by the laws and jurisdiction of Dubai, UAE; by booking, customers agree to these terms and release the provider from indirect, incidental, or consequential liabilities.
