- Riders must be at least 6 years old and 110 cm tall to ride the Luge alone.
- Children under 6 years old or below 110 cm must ride in tandem with an adult.
- The Skyride requires a minimum height of 85 cm to ride with an adult and 135 cm to ride independently.
- Standard operating hours: 11:00 AM to 07:30 PM (Monday to Sunday), Last entry: 06:30 PM.
- Night Luge (Fridays & Saturdays): 07:00 PM to 09:30 PM - experience the tracks illuminated under vibrant night lights.
- Operating hours may vary between peak and non-peak days; check the latest schedule before visiting.
- Luge rides and Skyride passes must be used on the same day as per the ticket selection.
- Comfortable footwear is recommended - flip-flops or loose sandals may come off during the ride.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the attraction area.

- Go for at least 3 rides - the first one is just to get the hang of it, but the real fun begins once you know how to steer and speed up.
- Choose the Night Luge if you can - the neon lights along the track make it a completely different and magical experience.
- Avoid peak hours if possible; lines can get long, especially on weekends and holidays.
- Secure your phone or camera properly - you’ll want photos, but it’s easy to drop things during the ride.
- Don’t rush the turns - it’s more fun to control your speed and enjoy the track flow.
- If you’re coming with friends or family, race each other down the track - it’s safe and adds an extra thrill.
- The helmets can feel a bit tight - adjust them properly before heading to the start point.
- Small kids might find the Luge controls tricky; let them ride tandem with an adult if it’s their first time.
- Expect a short wait between rides during peak times, so plan your visit accordingly.
