- Operating hours for the Cable Car Sky Network are 08:45 AM to 10:00 PM, with the last boarding at 09:30 PM.
- Ticketing counter hours vary by station; most close by 08:00 PM, while Siloso Point closes at 06:00 PM.
- The Sky Network consists of the Mount Faber Line (Mount Faber ↔ HarbourFront ↔ Sentosa) and the Sentosa Line (Merlion ↔ Imbiah ↔ Siloso Point).
- Guests can start the ride from any station on the selected line.
- Cable Car cabins are air-conditioned and can accommodate 8 people per capsule.
- $10 Toast Box voucher (if included) can be redeemed only at participating outlets and is non-exchangeable for cash.
- Wheelchair users are welcome; however, mobility assistance may be required at certain boarding points.
- No smoking, food, or drinks are permitted inside the cabins.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Operations may be temporarily suspended during bad weather or maintenance for safety reasons.
