- Standard operating hours are from 06:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with the last entry at 11:15 PM.
- The Creatures of the Night Show runs at fixed timings - 07:30 PM, 08:30 PM, 09:30 PM, and occasionally at 10:30 PM on weekends and holidays.
- Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the Night Safari premises.
- Tram rides last approximately 40 minutes, covering the main safari zones with live commentary.
- Walking trails remain open until closing time, allowing visitors to explore at their own pace after the tram ride.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the park premises.
- Digital payments are accepted at all park outlets, including food and souvenir counters.
- Wheelchair rentals are available at an additional charge from the park entrance.
- Before you visit the park, you must book a date/timeslot through the portal. Reserved timeslots are final and cannot be amended.

- Arrive early to catch the Creatures of the Night Show - seats fill up quickly, and it’s one of the highlights of the experience.
- The tram ride is worth it, especially if you prefer a relaxed way to explore the park before walking the trails.
- For a quieter and more immersive experience, walk the trails after the tram - you’ll spot animals up close that you might miss otherwise.
- Avoid using flash photography; it disturbs the animals and isn’t allowed.
- Carry mosquito repellent - it’s a must to have for a comfortable experience in the rainforest environment.
- Plan to spend at least 2 to 3 hours inside - the show, tram, and trails together take time to fully enjoy.
- If you’re visiting with kids, the early entry slot is better as it’s less crowded and not too late at night.
