  • Average queue time can be 30–45 minutes during peak hours.  
  • A minimum height requirement may apply for certain activities.  
  • Swimming is allowed in designated areas; swimwear is recommended.  
  • Photography is encouraged, though professional cameras may require a permit.  
  • Food and drinks are not available near the waterfall, so bring your own snacks.  
  • Re-entry is typically not permitted once you exit the waterfall area.  
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in if participating in guided tours.

  • The paved path down takes about 10–15 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes and take your time, especially if you have weak knees.  
  • Go in the early morning to enjoy peaceful jungle sounds, fewer people, and soft light for photos.  
  • There are great photo spots both at the viewing platform and near the twin falls pool, but watch your footing—it can be slippery when wet.  
  • Souvenir and drink stalls line the trail and are useful for a quick sip or photo prop, but skip impulse buys if you want to save money.  
  • Small, clean toilets are available at the base—handy if you want to freshen up after a refreshing dip.  
  • As a bonus, another nearby waterfall can be reached via the path beyond the main falls if you have extra time and energy.
