  • The Gate of Heaven line can stretch beyond an hour by mid-morning, so it’s best to arrive very early or arrange late temple access with your guide.  
  • Some guides are expert photographers who can help capture creative shots with reflections and angles that ordinary visitors might miss.  
  • Tirta Gangga feels peaceful and artful in its gardens, though parts can become touristy and crowded on weekends.  
  • You may encounter people near temple entrances offering help or small goods—stay aware and politely decline unsolicited offers.
