- Certain attractions may not be suitable for guests with certain medical conditions or those who are less physically able.
- Some attractions require you to be a competent swimmer; refrain from participating if you have doubts about your ability.
- Certain attractions have height requirements irrespective of age.
- Proper swimwear must be worn for hygiene and water quality reasons.
- Everyday clothing, T-shirts, and clothing with buttons/adornments that may cause damage are not allowed in the pools and on slides.
- Strict swimwear policy at ESCAPE Waterplay: Bikinis, Swim Trunks, Rash Guards, and Swim Diapers are allowed, but not Sports Shorts, T-Shirts, or regular Diapers.
- Guests are required to shower before entering the pools for hygiene reasons.
- Comfortable sports clothing and close-toed shoes are recommended at Adventureplay and Gravityplay.
- Over 35 rides and attractions are available for all age groups and physical abilities.

- Wear proper swimwear to avoid hassles though rentals are available if you forget your own.
- Bring water shoes or wet‑proof footwear for water rides and to protect your feet on rough surfaces.
- The music by the wave pool can be blaring and distracting, especially with a live DJ spinning tunes.
- Food choices inside are limited and pricey, so consider eating beforehand or packing snacks.

- Open dated entry with voucher.
- Future Kid (0-3) and Super Kid (61-100+) enjoy free entrance; seniors aged 61+ must be accompanied by a paying guest and present a valid MyKad to enter free of charge.
- Those not holding a MyKad need to purchase an adult ticket to enter the park.
- The parent/guardian is responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms & conditions for themselves and the minors under their care.
- Adult ticket is applicable for ages 13-60 years old.
- Child ticket is applicable for ages 4-12 years old.
