- Each rotation on the Singapore Flyer lasts approximately 30 minutes.
- Operating hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, with the last entry at 09:30 pm.
- Tickets are valid only for a single entry; re-entry is not permitted once you exit the capsule.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the Flyer premises.
- Children under 3 years enjoy free admission but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pregnant women and individuals with severe motion sickness or vertigo should avoid the ride.
- Expect short wait times (10-15 minutes) during non-peak hours, and up to 30 minutes during weekends or holidays.
- Wiggle Wiggle in the Sky is a themed ride experience that ran at the Singapore Flyer from May 23 to September 28, 2025, featuring vibrant lights, music, and a festive atmosphere.

- Book your tickets in advance to avoid long queues, especially on weekends and public holidays.
- If you’re scared of heights, stand closer to the center of the capsule - it feels more stable and less intimidating.
- Don’t rush to get in line; let the earlier crowd go, and you’ll get a quieter capsule experience.
- Carry a light jacket if you get cold easily - the air-conditioning inside can be quite chilly.
- Avoid visiting on foggy or rainy days; the visibility from the top drops significantly, and the experience won’t be as rewarding.
- Keep your phone and camera ready - the view of Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay is best when the Flyer reaches the highest point.
