Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time, extra stops, oversized luggage, late arrivals, or pick-up/drop-off locations outside Kuala Lumpur city limits.

- All transfers are subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking and are confirmed only upon successful reservation.
- The service includes a one-way transfer (single pick-up and drop-off) as per the confirmed booking details and schedule.
- Any delays caused by guests, including late arrival or extended waiting, may incur additional waiting charges, payable directly to the driver.
- Standard waiting time limits apply. Additional waiting time, extra stops, or route deviations will be charged at prevailing local rates.
- Luggage must be within the permissible limit for the selected vehicle. Excess or oversized luggage may be refused or may incur additional charges.
- Guests must provide accurate travel details, including pick-up and drop-off locations, schedule, and contact details at the time of booking. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or service disruption.
- Guests are required to carry valid identification and any necessary travel documents as per local regulations in Malaysia.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and any illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
- Any disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may lead to immediate termination of the service without refund, and full charges will still apply.
- The service provider reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the transfer due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather disruptions, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, or other force majeure events.
- Any changes to the route, additional stops, or service modifications must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.
- The service provider will not be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic congestion, airport or terminal operations, immigration clearance, or road closures.
- The service provider is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the transfer. Guests are advised to keep their valuables with them at all times.
- All services are governed by the laws and regulations of Malaysia. By confirming the booking, guests agree to these terms and waive any claims for indirect, incidental, or consequential liabilities.
