From Passprt Community

  • Go early in the day to enjoy quiet natural plunge pools and mirror‑like views before the crowd builds up in that one iconic photo spot.
  • Climb is short but steep on paved steps beside the water so wear good grip footwear and take it slow.
  • Infinity edge pool is tiny and slippery to access so move slowly and wait your turn instead of rushing or squeezing past people.
  • Bring your own towel, water and snacks because facilities are basic and changing rooms or lockers do not exist.
  • Pop up to the warung on the cliff for budget friendly local food or a fresh juice with sweeping Sidemen valley views.
  • On wet days the rocks get slippery and entry into the water is risky so skip wading if flow feels fast or staff seem cautious.
  • The route through Sidemen is beautiful so combine this visit with nearby rice terraces or a temple if time allows.
