- Age requirement is 5 - 65 years, and participants must weigh 20 kg to 119 kg to fly safely.
- Pregnant women, individuals with recent surgeries, chronic back or neck issues, or serious medical conditions are not permitted to participate.
- The balloon flight duration is 40 - 60 minutes, while the total experience runs for approximately 5 hours, including transfers and pre-flight procedures.
- Round-trip shared (SIC) transfers from central Dubai hotels are included; pickup times may be delayed due to shared routing.
- Photography and video services are available at an additional charge, payable directly to the crew.
- Drones are strictly prohibited around the launch site and during the flight due to UAE aviation regulations.
- Wear closed, comfortable shoes and layered clothing, as early-morning desert temperatures can be cold.
- Food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted onboard the flight and during the transfers.
