  • If you love marine life, there’s a good chance of spotting mantas in Manta Bay—but expect many boats and snorkelers crowding the area.
  • Crystal Bay sometimes offers clearer reefs, though crowds can still be heavy and manta sightings are not guaranteed.
  • The sea can get choppy, so carry motion-sickness pills if needed, and wear water-friendly shoes for safety.
  • The lunch stop allows you to rinse off salt and change clothes, though the land ride there is often rough and bumpy.
  • Morning trips tend to be calmer and less rushed, offering better chances for manta sightings and a more relaxed pace.
  • Some itineraries feel rushed when covering too many spots—choose fewer stops if you prefer to relax and enjoy each location fully.
  • On busy days, visibility may drop and the water can feel crowded, so lower expectations or discuss priority spots with staff if possible.
