- Operating hours: Shows run every 30 minutes from evening till late at night.
- Abra rides last approximately 30 minutes, including boarding and disembarkation time.
- The Glass Bridge experience typically lasts 15 - 20 minutes per entry.
- Children under 3 years are not permitted on the Abra ride for safety reasons.
- Pregnant women and guests with motion sensitivity should avoid the Abra ride.
- The Dubai Fountain Show itself is free to watch; the Abra Lake Ride and Glass Bridge are optional add-on experiences
- All participants on the Abra must wear life jackets provided on-site.
- Arrive at least 15 - 20 minutes early to complete check-in and boarding procedures.
- Outside food, drinks, and large bags are not allowed during the ride or bridge experience.
- Photography is allowed, but flash and tripods are prohibited during the show.

- Arrive a little early to get a comfortable viewing spot on the bridge - it fills up quickly before the show starts.
- Choose a seat along the outer edge of the Abra for the clearest view and best photo angles of the Burj Khalifa reflections.
- Plan for a later evening slot if possible; the lights appear brighter and the atmosphere is far more dramatic after dark.
- Have your camera ready before the show begins - the opening sequence is fast and easily missed if you’re not prepared.
- Time your Abra ride around sunset to witness both the golden-hour skyline and the fountain show lighting up after dusk.
- If you’re trying the Glass Bridge, stay closer to the center if heights make you uneasy - it still offers an excellent view.

- Entry is valid only for the date and time selected at the time of booking.
- Guests must carry a valid photo ID matching the name on the booking confirmation.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest for non-compliance with safety or conduct rules.
- Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
- Pregnant women and individuals with certain medical conditions are advised not to participate in the Abra Lake Ride.
- Guests are responsible for arriving on time; late arrivals may result in missed entry without refund or reschedule.
- The operator shall not be held liable for loss, damage, injury, or theft during the experience.
- All guests must follow safety instructions given by on-site staff and comply with all posted regulations.
