- Enjoy a 10-minute scenic gondola ride from Awana to Genting Highlands, with panoramic mountain views.
- Stop at Chin Swee Temple to see pagodas and iconic landmarks before reaching SkyAvenue.
- Each passenger is allowed to bring one aircraft cabin size bag into the gondola; a surcharge will be imposed otherwise.
- Child with a height below 90 cm is entitled to a free ride.
- Guests aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a supervising companion with valid tickets.
- Wheelchair and stroller access are available for Standard Gondola; only baby strollers are allowed in the Glass floor gondolas.
- Dress in appropriate attire at all times while taking the ride.
- It is compulsory to wear a face mask when on board the Awana SkyWay.
- During maintenance closures, cable car services will begin at the Genting SkyWay Station, a 15-minute drive from Awana Station.
- Guests are reminded to take care of their own belongings at all times, as the Management will not be liable for any loss or damage.

- Cable car ride is a smooth 10 minutes with breathtaking rainforest views but fog or rain may limit visibility sometimes.
- Glass‑floor gondola gives stunning views below but may unsettle those afraid of heights, though most say it calmed once moving.
- Lunch or snacks at top are pricier so eat before heading up or carry a light bite and water.
- Bus or Grab to Awana then gondola is smoother than winding drive to summit and avoids clutch‑burn worries.

- Ticket is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Child with a height below 90 cm is entitled to a free ride.

- Awana SkyWay is a non-smoking attraction; smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited in and around the vicinity, including all stations and inside the gondola.
- If you wish to disembark at Chin Swee Station, keep your ticket(s) or QR code(s) to continue your journey.
- Each Standard Gondola can seat 10 passengers; Glass floor gondolas can seat 6 passengers.
- Glass floor gondola is only available at Awana SkyWay.
- Guests must inform Team Members for assistance with wheelchair and stroller access prior to boarding.
- Taking photos for private use is permitted as long as other visitors are not disturbed.
