- Diving involves inherent risks, including accidents, injuries, or encounters with wildlife. By booking, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
- Neither the booking partner nor the tour operator can be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or other incidents that may occur during the activity.
- Participants are required to sign a waiver and medical declaration before taking part in the course.
- Optional extras or additional courses are payable directly to the operator.
