- The minimum age to enter without adult supervision is 15 years old; children 7 and under are strictly not allowed.
- Participants aged 8-14 must be accompanied by an adult to participate.
- Hauntu prohibits the use of drugs and alcohol on the premises and reserves the right to refuse entry if under the influence.
- Late arrivals will be denied entry; rescheduling is subject to availability.
- No refunds will be issued for fewer participants than purchased.
- Additional players will incur extra charges.
- Each session accommodates a minimum of 1-10 players; smaller groups may be combined with others.

- Actors respond to you, so listen closely to catch clues that unlock different endings.
- Smaller groups of four to six feel more immersive. In a full group of ten the vibe gets crowded.
- If you go solo or in a tiny party, expect to be paired with strangers which may add fun or confusion.
- Not many jump scares; the tension builds through acting sound and eerie sets instead.
- Every few months the story shifts. It is exciting to revisit for a fresh haunting.
- The corridors are dim and winding. Wear comfy pants and sneakers rather than fancy clothes.
- The experience is about an hour including briefing. Planning your schedule around that makes it easy to fit in.
- Some endings feel abrupt if you miss a clue. Stay alert throughout to avoid a disappointing finale.
Terms and conditions
- The minimum age to enter without adult supervision is 15 years old. Children 7 and under are strictly not allowed to enter.
- The experience may not be suitable for young persons between the ages of 8 - 14, but they will need to be accompanied by an adult if they are required to participate.
- Hauntu prohibits the use of drugs and alcohol in the Hauntu Premises and has the right to refuse entry if under the influence.
- If customers are late, they will be denied entry. Rescheduling to the next session is subject to available slots on the day itself.
- If customers arrive with fewer participants than the purchase amount, no refund will be available.
- Additional players will be charged accordingly.
- Every session is for a minimum of 1-10 players; if you have less than 10 players, you may be grouped with strangers.
