- Red Line (Heritage Tour): Operates approximately from 09:40 AM to 05:10 PM; frequency every 25–35 mins.
- Night City Tour departs at 06:15 PM daily; check-in is required 30 mins before departure.
- Duration of Night City Tour: approximately 3 - 3.5 hours.
- Hop-On Hop-Off tickets are available for 1 Day (Discover) or 2 Days (Essential / Explore).
- The Explore ticket includes the 3-hour guided Night City Tour.

Terms and conditions
- A physical or mobile ticket must be presented and redeemed at the BIG BUS & DUCK Tourist Hub, Suntec City Tower 2, 3 Temasek Boulevard, #01-K8, Singapore 038983 before boarding.
- The tour operates daily, subject to weather, traffic conditions, and local regulations.
- During road closures, parades, or special events (e.g., National Day Parade, Tour de France Singapore Criterium), certain stops may be skipped, delayed, or rerouted without prior notice.
- Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Wheelchair access is available on the lower deck of selected buses only; not all vehicles are equipped with lifts.
- Complimentary earphones are provided for audio commentary. Passengers are responsible for the safekeeping of these items once issued.
- Recorded commentary is available in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, German, French, and Italian.
- Tour staff and guides reserve the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who poses a risk, behaves inappropriately, or fails to comply with safety instructions.
- Smoking, standing, or leaning over safety rails is strictly prohibited while the bus is in motion.
