- Minimum age to participate is 10 years; those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Participants must be comfortable in the water and able to swim at least 200 meters.
- Sessions are supervised by professional instructors and safety divers.
- All diving equipment is provided; personal masks and cameras are allowed.
- Water temperature is maintained at a comfortable 30°C (86°F).
- Participants must complete a liability release and medical form before diving.
- Alcohol or non-prescription drugs should be avoided at least 24 hours before the dive.

- A valid ID is required upon check-in.
- It is mandatory to complete the Deep Dive Dubai liability release and medical form. Medical Liability Form.
- Participants must be confident swimmers to engage in the activities.
- Liability form (for snorkeling experience): Snorkeling Liability Form.
- Medical approval from a doctor is required for participants with health issues.
- Outside diving equipment is not permitted; only personal masks, regulators, gauges, fins, and cameras are allowed.
- Participants should allow 18 - 24 hours after diving before traveling to high altitudes.
- All guests must adhere to Deep Dive Dubai's safety rules and staff instructions at all times.
- Bookings are valid only for the selected date and time.
- Participants must arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled dive time.
