- Check-in is at Yeshwantpur Railway Station (YPR), Bengaluru, starting from 08:30 AM on the day of departure.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport during check-in.
- The train journey spans 4 days and 3 nights, returning to Bengaluru on Tuesday morning.
- Children under 5 years are not recommended due to space constraints and formal dining arrangements.
- Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted onboard. All meals and soft drinks are included.
- Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the onboard bar, charged separately.

Your royal journey aboard The Golden Chariot begins in Bengaluru, where you’ll be warmly welcomed and assisted with check-in. As the train departs, settle into your elegant cabin and enjoy the first glimpse of Karnataka’s countryside over a hearty lunch onboard. Upon arrival in Nanjangud, embark on an exhilarating evening safari through Bandipur National Park - home to elephants, deer, bison, and the elusive tiger. After your wildlife adventure, return to the luxurious comforts of the train. Enjoy dinner onboard as the Golden Chariot proceeds towards Mysore for an overnight stay.
Day 2

Mysore | Royal Heritage and Timeless Grandeur
Wake up to the charm of Mysore, the “City of Palaces.” After breakfast on board, step out to explore the resplendent Mysore Palace - an architectural masterpiece that once housed the royal family of the Wadiyars. Stroll through its ornate halls and marvel at its intricate blend of Hindu, Muslim, Rajput, and Gothic styles. Return to the train for lunch, after which you may choose an optional excursion to Srirangapatna - the historic island fortress of Tipu Sultan. In the evening, savor a fine dinner onboard as the train departs for Hospet, the gateway to Hampi.
Day 3

Hospet (Hampi) | Ancient Empire in Stone
This morning, arrive in Hospet and journey back in time as you explore the magnificent ruins of Hampi - a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the former capital of the Vijayanagara Empire. Wander among majestic temples, intricate carvings, royal enclosures, and the famous Stone Chariot at Vittala Temple. After soaking in the grandeur of this open-air museum, return to the train for lunch.
