- Standard sessions last 2 - 3 hours, depending on the option selected.
- Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
- Additional charges apply for premium seating and cabanas.
- One towel is provided free of charge with the Sunrise / Evening Pool Experience.
- Photography is allowed, but professional equipment requires prior approval.
- Bubbly Night experiences start at 08:00 PM; make sure to arrive on time to enjoy the full two hours of drinks.
- Pool access is only included with the Admission Ticket; dining options require a separate pool-access purchase.
- The venue is located on the 50th floor of Palm Tower, accessible via the St. Regis Hotel entrance.
- The pool may close temporarily during bad weather or private events; rescheduling may be offered.

- Bring a light jacket or shawl for evening visits - the wind hits harder at this height.
- Their cocktails are strong and really good - make sure you pace yourself so you can enjoy the views.
- Keep your phone fully charged - the 360° views of Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, and Ain Dubai are insanely photogenic.
- If you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, go for the Lunch in the Sky option. Evenings can be more party-heavy.
- Try to choose seats near the glass barriers if you want those perfect skyline selfies without people blocking the frame.
