- Guests under 15 years of age are not allowed to enter the AURA Skypool.
- Guests under 21 years of age are not allowed in AURA Skypool after 07:00 PM.
- Proof of identity is required; failure to present a valid ID may result in denied entry without refund.
- The venue is wheelchair-friendly; staff are available to assist guests with disabilities.
- Participants using wheelchairs or with limited mobility must be accompanied by someone.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed inside AURA Skypool.
