- Ticket Verification & ID: A valid government-issued photo ID is required; failure to present it may result in denied entry with no refund.

- Last Arrival: Guests must arrive by the last arrival time (Breakfast 09:30 AM, Lunch/Afternoon Tea 02:00 PM). Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
- Dress Code: Smart Casual. Men – no sports shoes, open shoes, shorts, sandals, or sporty outfits. Ladies – no sports shoes, rubber slippers, or sporty outfits.
- Smoking & Safety: The restaurant is non-smoking. No outside food or drinks allowed. Dangerous items such as fireworks, lasers, or sharp objects are prohibited.
- Seating & Tables: Specific seating applies; non-window table allocation may occur. Staff may relocate seats due to operational requirements.
- Private Events: Bookings may be rescheduled in case of private events or venue requirements.
- Refunds & Cancellations: No cancellations or refunds are allowed once booked.
