- Bring a small backpack or crossbody bag for essentials, but avoid bulky luggage; it’s difficult to navigate in the narrow pathways.
- Photography is allowed, but flash can disturb the animals; use natural light or low-light settings to avoid stressing them.
- When visiting with children, keep them close, as some animals roam freely and may react unexpectedly.
- Don’t expect typical zoo-style viewing; this is an immersive rainforest experience, so some animals may be hidden or resting rather than easy to see like in a typical zoo.
