Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark

• Queues can get extremely long, even on weekdays. Arrive early or get a fast pass if you don’t want to spend hours waiting.
• Be there right at opening time: You’ll enjoy the top rides before crowds and heat kick in.
• Wear water shoes or use the free socks provided; the ground gets scorching hot by mid-day.
• Carry an empty refillable bottle: There are free water refill stations inside, saving you from buying overpriced small bottles.
• The park is massive, so pick up a map early and use the lazy river routes or buggies to move around easily.
• Food is expensive and average, so many visitors recommend eating before you go.

1. Operating Hours & Ticket Use

• Aquaventure Waterpark is open daily; actual hours may vary by season, weather, or special events.
• Tickets are valid only for the selected date and timeslot; amendments or date changes are not allowed.
• Check-in time refers to arrival at the park or pickup location; it does not guarantee immediate ride access.
• Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may be treated as no-shows; refunds will not be provided.
• For all transfers (Dubai city to Aquaventure Waterpark), the exact pickup time will be communicated via WhatsApp or email the night before the scheduled activity.
• For shared transfers, pick-up locations and times are as follows:
• Meeting Location 1: Hotels within Dubai city limits (outside reservations not allowed), 10:00–10:30 AM (Mon–Sun)
• Meeting Location 2: Atlantis Dubai (outside reservations not allowed), 17:00–17:30 PM (Mon–Sun)

2. Ticket Categories & Pricing

• Ticket pricing is based on height and age:
• Adult rate: Guests aged 7+ or exceeding 1.2 meters in height
• Child rate: Guests 3–6.99 years old and below 1.2 meters
• Infants (2 years & below): Complimentary (valid ID required)
• Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if an incorrect ticket type is selected.
• Tickets include Aquaventure Waterpark access; additional experiences (Dolphin Show, Paddle, Kayak) must be purchased separately.
• AquaXpress Fast-Track Add-on does not include park admission; standard park entry ticket is required.

3. Age, Height & Safety Restrictions

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).
• Guests must be at least 12 years old to enter unaccompanied.
• Access to certain rides is restricted to guests over 1.2 meters or able to swim, depending on ride requirements.
• Pregnant guests should consult their physician before participating in rides or water activities.
• Severe weather may result in temporary ride closures without refunds.

4. Dress Code & Cultural Compliance

• Acceptable swimwear: one-piece/two-piece swimsuits, swimming trunks, rash guards, board shorts, burkinis.
• Prohibited items: thongs, see-through/transparent swimwear, underwear, denim, very loose clothing (e.g., abayas, dishdashas, saris), street clothes, or other materials deemed unsafe/inappropriate.
• Headscarves are allowed only if securely tied with no loose material.
• Guests must observe local cultural sensitivities at all times.

5. Food, Beverage & Amenities

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• Complimentary juice may be available after specific experiences.
• Towel rental: from AED 35; Locker rental: from AED 80.
• Photos are not included; can be purchased separately at the Photo Counter.

6. ID & Verification

• A valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the booking name is required for entry and verification.
• Guests may be denied entry if proper ID is not presented.

7. General Policies

• Tickets are non-refundable for late arrivals, no-shows, or inclement weather closures.
• Same-day park access is included; the park may close earlier than scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Guests are responsible for personal belongings; Atlantis Dubai and booking partners are not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Guests must comply with all park safety instructions and rules; failure to comply may result in denied access without refund.

8. Booking Partner Liability

• Booking partner is not responsible for operational changes, weather-related closures, ride restrictions, or other circumstances outside their control.
• Any disputes arising from park operations must be addressed directly with Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.
