- Standard operating hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM daily (last entry at 07:00 PM).
 - Average visit duration is 2 - 3 hours including the aquarium and museum.
 - Feeding sessions usually take place twice daily - around late morning and late afternoon.
 - The park is stroller- and wheelchair-friendly across most walking areas.
 - Photography is allowed; however, flash and drone use are strictly prohibited.
 - Outside food and drinks are not permitted within the park premises.
 - Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the park.
 - Baby crocodile encounters or guided tours are subject to availability and may have an extra charge.

- Spend time inside the museum before exploring the outdoor enclosures; it helps you understand the species and their behavior better.
 - The viewing deck near the Nile crocodile pool gives the best close-up shots - just avoid using flash.
 - The aquarium section is smaller but worth it- don’t rush through; the underwater viewing area gives a great perspective.
 - The park layout is mostly open-air, so carry a hat or cap - there’s limited shade near the larger enclosures.
 - There’s a great photo spot at the bridge overlooking the main lake - ideal for wide shots with multiple crocodiles visible.

 - Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 years or older.
 - Visitors are required to follow all park safety guidelines and staff instructions at all times.
 - The provider reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel any part of the experience due to maintenance, safety, or weather-related concerns.
 - All guests must behave responsibly and show respect towards the animals, staff, and other visitors.
 - Touching, feeding, or provoking animals without explicit permission from park staff is strictly prohibited.
 - Non-compliance with park rules or misconduct may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
 - The booking partner or provider will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit, except where caused by proven negligence.
