Each session lasts 90 minutes, including elevation, dining, and descent.
Guests must arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled time slot; late arrivals may miss the session.
Age requirement: Participants must be 14 years or older; anyone under 14 is not permitted.
Height requirement: Minimum height of 110 cm for all participants.
Weight limit: Maximum 150 kg per person.
The platform will not be lowered after take-off for clothing, footwear, or personal-item adjustments.
Smoking is strictly prohibited during the experience.
The experience operates outdoors at 50 meters height; evenings can be windy - dress warm and avoid skirts, abayas, and open footwear.
No outside food or drinks are allowed during the session.
The menu includes live-prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes for both lunch and dinner.
Each session accommodates only 22 guests, and slots often sell out.

Arrive a little early so you’re not rushed through the safety checks - settling in calmly makes the whole lift-off feel much smoother.
If you’re scared of heights, avoid looking straight down when the table starts rotating - focusing on the skyline helps ease the nerves.
Let the staff know if your seat or harness feels even slightly uncomfortable before the platform goes up; small adjustments make a big difference for 90 minutes.
Be ready for the breeze, especially during evening sessions - night slots can get surprisingly cold, so bring a light jacket.
Don’t rush through your food; the courses are served at a nice pace, and watching the chef cook right in the centre is part of the fun.
Keep your phone attached with a secure grip or strap - you won’t drop it easily.
Try to pick a seat facing the Marina or Palm side if possible, as these provide the best views for iconic shots and skyline angles.
