- Guests are advised to be ready at the hotel lobby at least 10–15 minutes before the confirmed pick-up time.
- The driver will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.
- Vehicle allocation is subject to availability; a 7-seater or similar category vehicle will be provided.
- This transfer operates between Abu Dhabi city hotels and Dubai city hotels only; areas outside city limits may incur additional charges.
- Drop-off will be provided at the selected Dubai hotel or accommodation as confirmed at the time of booking.

- The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or airport congestion.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
- Any disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in termination of the service without refund.
- The service provider is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the transfer.
- Bookings may be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
