- Standard operating hours are 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM, subject to change during Ramadan and public holidays.
- Height restrictions apply for specific rides - most thrill rides require a minimum height of 110 cm to 130 cm.
- Pregnant women and guests with heart, back, or neck conditions are advised to avoid high-intensity rides.
- For 2-park or multi-park tickets, you can choose your preferred parks directly at the redemption counter - no need to select them during booking.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the park; several dining outlets are available on-site.
- Women-only days are hosted on select Thursdays and Fridays.
- Lockers, towels, and cabanas are available for rent at an additional charge.

- Arrive right at opening time to enjoy the big slides with almost no wait - queues build up fast after noon.
- Rent a locker early; they fill up quickly, especially on weekends.
- The park layout is huge and slightly confusing - take a photo of the map before you start exploring.
- Bring waterproof footwear; the ground can get extremely hot during midday, especially near the wave pool.
- Some rides have strong water pressure - keep your goggles handy if you have sensitive eyes.
- The family raft slides and the Bandit Bomber coaster are must-tries, but note they often close early for maintenance.
- Get the Express Pass if you can - it saves a lot of time and lets you enjoy your favorite rides multiple times without long waits.
- Combine it with Warner Bros. World or Ferrari World for a perfect full-day Yas Island adventure.
